Most custom orders start with customer drawings. Nothing fancy,however we do ask that they are as accurate as you can be since we design and program from your drawing. Our designer draws directly into the computer and sends your part to our CNC machine to be produced.

At the CNC the part is completed except for a final fit which is usually done by hand to insure proper fit and function.We also accept original parts for reference. This assures that the new part will be a perfect fit.

Final fitting is done by hand to ensure we have done our job correctly. The new creation is then polished and finished according to the customers specs.
